BIPOC Stories4Change

BIPOC Stories4Change

This project is curated for Black Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC) women to reflect on their life experiences and be supported to produce multi-media art, video, or digital stories using empowering methods of expression. The sessions will foster healing and empowerment and selected participants will leave workshops with finished projects. All the videos created will be shared online to create more awareness about social issues, inspire change and foster effective allyship.

All stories are welcome e.g lived/living experiences, business stories and/or ways that you continue to navigate difficult times. ONLY BIPOC/racialized women and gender diverse individuals, ages 18 and above, are eligible to participate. Sessions will be conducted in-person and virtually.

Join us on this project if you are interested in learning more about the power and purpose of storytelling. Come share in the power that emerges when people reclaim their narratives to uplift themselves and their communities.
